An accessible website is a website that allows anybody to access its content, including people with disabilities that may use specialist software or equipment.

The digital version of the 2018 Integrated Annual Report was produced in compliance with Document Accessibility Standards WCAG 2.1 AA and PDF U/A (ISO 14289). The PDF version is also accessible to blind and visually impaired people who use screen reading software (synthetic voice and/or braille display).
